I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFTA) currently accepting new clients for individual and couples therapy. Educated in San Francisco, CA, and licensed there since 2018, I held a private practice in California until I transferred my practice to Durham, NC. I am trained in and currently practice Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy with individuals and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) with couples, and also have many years of training in Gestalt therapy. As an integral therapist, I’m also trained in a number of other additional somatic, experiential, and mindfulness-based modalities I pull from, based on client goals.
It can be a vulnerable step to reach out to a therapist and seek support. I’ll share a bit about how I work and hold our therapeutic relationship, so you can make as much of an informed choice in this first step as possible. If it sounds like my approach might be right for you, feel free to book a free 15-minute consultation, so we can talk more about whether we’re a good fit to work together. I approach therapeutic work with collaborative, non-judgmental curiosity, guiding creative interventions rooted in experiential approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), to tailor therapy specifically to you and your goals. My passion is to support you in building more connection to your core sense of self (and to each other, in the case of couples’ work). No matter what challenges you’re arriving with, all of you is welcome here.
